She was a witness in the November 2019 House hearings regarding the impeachment inquiry during the first impeachment of Donald Trump. She was awarded her Ph.D. in history from Harvard University, and currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.

How do you know that? The article makes no such declaration. Besides, Fiona Hill has been roundly criticized and lambasted by conservatives as being untrustworthy (remember the first Trump impeachment?).
So, are you one of those who say Hill was untrustworthy then, but is trustworthy now?
