The White Citizens’ Council in 1962 was 100% democrat. In that year MLK was a Republican - so was Rosa Parks.
The only KKK ‘officer’ to serve in the Senate was Robert Bryd - Obama spoke at his funeral. Byrd - like other democrat racists - stayed Democrat his whole life.
