Keep in mind: Until January Uncle (”Pot for everyone”) Festerman is one heartbeat away from the PA Governorship.
If he did so well on the tests, why not publish the results to remove all doubt?
No doubt he scored as well as Biden.
Just taking a wild guess here, but I think he took the tests on multiple occasions (at least twice each)....because the original test didn’t score well.
One thing that bothers me...if you applied the same tests to US Senators presently, could half of them score average or better? I’m not so sure.
All I want to know is, was he able to draw the clock face and remember the three words after the interviewer asked random questions for five minutes.
This reminds me of how expectations were so low for Biden for the debate, that when he was minimally coherent he came out like a hero.
"I took a total of two tests, all three of which proved that I am suffering absolutely no cognitive impairment. I like ice cream! The fourth test was the hardest test I ever took. I am going to be studying very hard for all five of these tests proving that I am suffering absolutely no cognitive impairment. I passed all seven of them with flying colors! I like ice cream!"
