I had this happen to me when I brought a conservative speaker to my well known university back in the 1970s—several times.
The left has always believed that “free speech” meant they speak and everybody else is supposed to sit down and shut up.
Yep. It’s SOP by now. They can’t deny the speech, so they let the leftists disrupt it.
A proper university president would have enough police on hand to keep protesters out of the building with strict orders to arrest anyone trying to get in and disrupt. Those who do, would also be kicked out of the university.
