New Mexico State Police had to escort OutKick personality Tomi Lahren out of the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque Thursday night. An organized hate group broke into the auditorium to chant “F**k Tomi Lahren” in the room in which she spoke.
As the rioters banged on the door, Lahren, her father, and members of the TPUSA chapter had to barricade themselves in a back room as campus police called for backup.
Consider that the rioters did not appear as a surprise. The organizer, Political Fireball, posted a banner on social media that spread around campus for students to join the “rally.” Yet the university showed little regard for the threat, despite anticipation it’d turn violent.
“The university knew there was going to be a planned protest. There was a banner going around social media for days, especially yesterday, leading up to the event. They knew that it was going to be bad. They knew that Antifa was involved. They knew that it was going to be an organized protest against my speech. They did nothing.”
“We had a couple of campus PD officers. That was it. They did not call Albuquerque police. They didn’t call the New Mexico police. They were completely unprepared and quite frankly, didn’t care.”
“Even after we were in the room, and these protesters that were let into the student union and were banging on the door trying to bust in the door to attack me and the speech goers — the university still did nothing.”
“It took the fire alarm being pulled, and violence happening for the campus PD to call in state police in Albuquerque to respond. But they have to do that on their own because the university did nothing.”

What is with people who are lately mixing up the "a" and "an" indefinite articles. See the above sentence where I've bolded the "a". I'm seeing this constantly in writing am hearing people speaking this way. Seems like in last year or two this has been going on.

I’m an RSO at a range here in Colorado. The Sheriff’s deputies (mostly country boys) are pretty darned good. The city cops not so much. We’ve got 70 year-olds on the combat pistol course out shooting the city cops.
This is all fed with “government” (aka taxpayer) money via student loans. It doesn’t matter what the market value has for these degrees, they’ll still provide the loan. All this leftism is being spawned from the universities and they’re using our money to do it.
Start making the amount of a “government” loan limited based on the return value of the degree and cut the monetary supply off. None in government or at the universities give a damn if a student has a $100k of debt that they’ve no chance of paying off. We can blame the students for being dumb but the universities are behaving unethically, they’re taking advantage of them.

I had this happen to me when I brought a conservative speaker to my well known university back in the 1970s—several times.
The left has always believed that “free speech” meant they speak and everybody else is supposed to sit down and shut up.
I’m all for protesting; non violently, no screaming down or threatening the person speaking....you know normal, civilized behavior that most people follow.
You don’t like what the speaker espouses then stay away. The poor manners and violent behavior get worse every day it seems.

A proper university president would have enough police on hand to keep protesters out of the building with strict orders to arrest anyone trying to get in and disrupt. Those who do, would also be kicked out of the university.
Ann Coulter might be somewhat jealous. This is the kind of riotous reception she used to get some 10 years ago.
I will say a little prayer for Tomi’s continued safety.

Anyone can see she represents a danger of bruising brutality to her victims. About time she was curtailed.
Get her off campus for the university president’s “most important responsibility, my caring for the safety of the students” (stated by earlier case of Ann Coulter and Ben Shapiro being canceled from their speaking engagements after nights of rioting and burning of one police car by students under “No Place For Hate On This Campus” banners and placards.)

I never saw her even one second on TV. Passed a shelf of books at a supermarket and saw hers once. Not a fan.

It’s much like the swatting of conservatives. The desired outcome of swatting and situations like this with Tomi is dead conservatives.
Why not?? She is SMART as a WHIP and Beautiful and most of all she’s CONSERVATIVE!! UGLY Liberal women don’t like her, but I’m sure that;s not you.
