It seems that Comrade Putin is not getting the support he thought he would from China and India...

I wouldn’t think any of Russia’s neighbors would be happy about Russia invading one of it’s neighbors.

They might try to play the middle road for trade purposes. But it could be them being invaded some day.

Not sure where India is coming from. They should know the they are China’s next victim after a weakened Russia is subdued.

You break into someone’s home and take their jewels and any
cash or valuables you find.

Then you tell the public, you’re going to leave as soon as
possible, but that dastardly homeowner wants his stuff back.

I know that sounds really reasoned to some folks.

“It seems that Comrade Putin is not getting the support he thought he would from China and India... “

Sorry to burst your bubble, Tree Hugger, but who’s now buying the bulk of Russian oil exports.

To put it another way, Tree Hugger, wake me up with India and China impose SANCTIONS on Russia.

"Today's era is not an era of war"

Get with the times Putin, the military industrial complex is being replaced by the Medical Industrial Complex.

when another country screws you over, you are supposed to just perform a "coup" by making people believe there was a fair election (like how the CIA got Zelenski and Biden in there as puppets

get with it Putin.

Modi is walking in the middle of the road... liable to get hit from either side.

Modi is totally amoral. He thinks Putin is losing, so he is trying to appear distant.

India has been buying Russian gas since the European shutoff. Can’t be too outraged.

Well, well, well.

Of course, the real translation (and Xi too) is "You will give us better discount".

Let me know when they stop buying Russian oil. Modi can quit BRICS and join NATO. Brussels and DC would welcome a NATO presence on the Chinese border. What do you expect him say? This is his ally in the joint attempt to stave off total globalist control of their culture and country. Both he and Xi put these statements out the same way Modi and Putin will after Xi blockades Taiwan. As has always been the case, you will ally yourself with a lesser threat to counter a perceived greater threat. Modi will deal with Putin because he will need Russian food and natural resources that the West will no longer guarantee. Modi sees Russia and China as lesser threats than the decadent west’s globalism. After seeing the same globalists destroy America and the EU, he is most definitely following the correct course for the benefit of Indian citizens.

Modi rebukes Putin over war in Ukraine

Also, Xi just told Putin, Kazakhstan is in their sphere of influence. Sign of declining Russian power.

It also quoted Xi making a strong statement in support of Kazakhstan -- one that seemed likely to resonate in the context of neighboring Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

"No matter how the international situation changes, we will continue to resolutely support Kazakhstan in protecting its independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, firmly support your ongoing reforms to ensure stability and development, and categorically oppose the interference of any forces in the internal affairs of your country," Xi was quoted as saying.

India is looking out for itself.

They are getting oil and natural gas at a good price. Long term, India is working toward energy independence. Buying energy from Russia to fund future Russian wars will harm India's relations with other countries. When Modi visited HOusiton in September 2019, he was talking business, economics, technology exchange, and trade agreements. India needs and wants that far more the oil economy centered warfare Russia uses.

India is the biggest buyer of Russian military hardware. Getting reliable jet engines and replacements from Russia has been a problem. The Su-50 /Su-57 was supposed to be joint project until India dropped out due to cost, quality, a performance issues. For its own national security, India likes getting technology transfers and production licenses. What they get from Russia now is not good in that area.

Being the biggest buyer of Russian military equipment means India is looking at its performance in Ukraine versus US and European weapons. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, every time Russian weaponry gets in a fight with US and European weapons, Russian weaponry fares badly. This is after India has had problems with Russia on longer timer military projects like the Su-50/57.

Reading between the lines, Modi is telling Putin the war in Ukraine is the last one India helps pay for.

Maybe India would like to get in on the proposed F-36 Kingsnake of the F-16XL?

Xi made it clear that Putin has made Russia a Chinese vassal state. And that Xi does not support a long and losing war - it’s bad for business.

Modi will buy petroleum products at a stiff discount but not support the war.

Oh and Kazakhstan, China, India etc will keep Putin waiting impotently.
