U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon on Thursday denied the Department of Justice's request for a partial stay of her ruling that enjoined the FBI from using roughly 100 documents seized from Mar-a-Lago with classification markings in its ongoing criminal investigation of Donald Trump -- and mandated they be handed over to a special master for review.
Cannon has also appointed Raymond Dearie, senior district judge for the Eastern District of New York, as special master.
In a filing last week that amounted to a line-by-line rebuke of Cannon's ruling, DOJ prosecutors wrote that they would seek intervention by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals if she declined to act on their request for a partial stay by the end of Thursday....../

I assume the original photo would have to classified TS-SCI which was the point of the DOJ photo. However, where are the downgrade data? DOJ (and FBI) has no authority to downgrade classification. So unless I am mistaken the only authority to downgrade the photo would be the POTUS.
Where are the downgrade instructions?
The DOJ must despise this judge for daring to side with Trump.
That little threat of theirs to go to the Circuit Court if she didn’t jump through their hoop today, is the kind of insulting behavior judges do not appreciate.
The DOJ is playing this like real scumbags. Do they really believe that in these two year old presidential documents they are rushing to save the country from a security risk?
I doubt it.
These are privileged spoiled leftists and they are up to no good.
The HUGE RED FLAG for me is that nearly all if not all of the cover sheets are PAPER-CLIPPED to the documents. This is a NO-NO because they will almost surely get caught and possibly mixed up or even detached when placed next to other docs in the file folder.
I think the FIB put those cover sheets on there TO ADD TO THE DRAMATIC EFFECT OF THE STAGED PHOTO. THIS IS TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE, 101 !!!!!
So they desperately want to investigate if someone else had access to these documents.
But these same pos have been running to the media and leaking the connect of the files.
Where is the urgent investigation into how those leaks are affecting national security?

I hate our democrat controlled Federal government and don’t give a crap about government “classified information” getting out to the public.
Most of what our government does is corrupt so they hide their corruption behind “national security”(Many people eat this crap up)
Our next opponents in the next big war will be China, Russia, and Persia.
Those three countries already know what we have because globalists already gave or sold it to them over the last 30-40 years.
Right now Washington DC cares about two things:
1) Taking out MAGA.

Regarding the special master, I believe Durham is available.
Dearie was one of the FISA judges that approved the bogus Russiagate warrant.

True, but these coversheets are not by themselves, they are covering documents that supposedly have that classification.
There are basically 2 scenarios:
1. The documents classification underneath the coversheets was accurately reflected, which means the photo should have been classified TS-SCI.
2. The documents were not classified as shown and therefore this was a DOJ photo op to influence the case.
The FBI has no authority WRT classification. So that leaves 3 options:
1. The documents are assumed to be TS-SCI
2. This was a DOJ Photo Op to influence the courts.
3. Biden downgraded the photos.

Trying to stall so they can have a “bombshell” right before the mid terms.

Another perspective is Dearie is one of the FISA judges the FBI lied to, and Dearie knows it now.
Obviously the DOJ has something to hide.

everywhere, I see it stated that Danchnenko was a paid informant for the FBI “from March 2017 to October 2020”, but not the date in October.
however, I’ve read elsewhere that FBI ended their relationship with Danchenko on the same date as Durham was appointed, and have tried to find the October date to prove this, but have failed so far. perhaps someone else can provide the info.
as for the date Durham was appointed, Wikipedia says October 19:
In December 2020, Barr revealed to Congress that he had secretly appointed Durham special counsel on October 19.

if the dates coincide, it would explain why DOJ/FBI continue to attack Trump...to keep the focus off themselves.
