Inflation has been raging along at a painful 8.3% during August, the Biden administration recently pushed through spending of hundreds of billions of dollars more, leaving American taxpayers wondering if they'll have the money to make it to the end of the year.

Now comes news that they're on the hook for another $20 billion a year – all to take care of the illegal aliens Biden has released into the nation.

It is Fox News that noted the assessment that comes from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.

That organization has calculated that the illegal immigrants who have entered the U.S. since January 2021, when Biden took office, will cost taxpayers "an extra $20 billion" a year, on top of the $140 billion costs that already existed for illegal immigrants who arrived earlier.

Assuming 2,000,000 illegals this year, that’s $10,000/year apiece. Each kid that goes to school easily costs that much or much more. But at least it’s a start. I suggest Republicans stress how much each one costs us a year. Compare it to what someone drawing Social Security after a lifetime of work and ‘contributions’.

The estimate of $9,400 per illegal is astonishingly close to the $9,200 I boiled down from Fair.org’s figures. But those can’t figure in the extra costs of disease transmissions, criminal activities and terrorism yet to occur.
