Chick-fil-A scrambled to explain itself after a reply to a customer with the phrase “your community” sparked allegations of racism.
The social media backlash began last Friday after one user tweeted the message “grilled spicy deluxe but still noooo spicy nuggets” to the fast-food giant’s official account.

The way to deal with those who seek to be offended is, when they tell you you offend them, to smile warmly and say “You are welcome!”
Unfortunately there are some people in certain communities who don’t know the meaning of certain words.
It’s sort of like Humpty Dumpty. “When I hear a word it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less.
Thus the words niggardly and community are racist words.

I don’t totally get the hype over Chik-Fil-A. Their signature chicken sandwich tasted like a very ordinary piece of fried chicken on a very ordinary bun. I do like their mac & cheese, though, which is well above average for restaurant macaroni and cheese.
I didn’t and won’t forget. CFA has this undeserved conservative reputation. They sold out years ago

The word “community” is incessantly used on the left with regard to members of specific ethnic groups, e.g., the “black community” and “the Latino community.” CFA just used that same convention. It appears that despite all of CFA’s recent pandering and playing the giving-back-to-the-community” game, the left still is hostile because of CFA’s Christian associations.
Exactly. Wasn’t Obama a community organizer? The left uses the term community.
Again this is just a ploy by the left to make Chick-fil-A defend a made-up charge. There is no logic to it.
Never apologize. Trump taught us that. Remember when the infobabe wanted him to apologize for using the term, “anchor babies”? Didn’t. “No. I think I’ll still say ‘anchor babies’.”
I’ve been posting versions of hymns like that for years. They practically write themselves ... sadly.
