Arizona Can’t Enforce New Election Law in 2022 Election: Federal Judge
The Epoch Times ^

Arizona officials can’t enforce a new election measure in the upcoming midterm elections, according to a federal judge.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and other officials shall not “take any action to implement or enforce H.B. 2243 in a manner that would remove any voter’s eligibility to vote in the 2022 general election or disqualify any otherwise-valid ballot on the basis of H.B. 2243,” U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton, a Clinton appointee, said in the Sept. 8 order.

I imagine this will be overturned.

If it is overturned in December, the vote fraud will still have been done and will not be reversed.

The judge’s ruling is a defacto admission of voter fraud. Fraud in 2020, the intent to commit fraud in 2022.

No wonder Hobbs just refused to debate. The fix has just been locked in.

Of course but not in time and that’s the obvious play. Cheat now and then say the facts have changed later. Everyone had been warning about more shenanigans and we are met with, don’t look back to 2020. The party is divided and it’s very easy to manipulate.

Obviously this ridiculous ruling will have to be appealed....all the way to SCOTUS if necessary.

The two people in positions to do something are in on the election fraud. The Arizona Sec of State (democrat currently running for governor so of course she will cheat to win) and the known RINO AG. These are the two that brought the case to a shopped judge on behalf of some obscure Indian tribes.

I truly hope for all election fraud criminals to be brought to justice spending no less than 20 years in prison for these serious crimes. It undermines our system of government and gets people killed so they are also complicit in murder. Maybe life in prison is more appropriate.

Arizona officials can't enforce a new election measure in the upcoming midterm elections, according to a federal judge.

Judges (federal and state) and Governors have no authority under the Constitution to tell states how to govern their elections. Under the Constitution, election law is strictly the purview of state legislatures. Period! Republican controlled legislatures have FAILED by not rejecting, rebuking and ignoring the illegal intrusion of judges and governors in their state's election laws.

The time is past overdue that state legislatures start telling judges and governors that their orders are not legal and they will not be obeyed.

The Constitution designates the “enumerated powers” of the federal government and leaves all other policymaking to the states.

Under Article II, Section I of the Constitution, further confirmed by the 12th Amendment, the federal government has one election job — setting the national date for voting and certification by the Electoral College. Governors have no federal or state authority over elections, nor do state judiciaries. The liberal media and leftist activist class have no role at all. Although our country has veered from other enumerated powers and subsidiarity, the responsibility of state legislatures to direct election protocols is foundational and authoritative. It has never been systemically challenged on a national level by one political party — until now.

Isn’t Hobbs running for governor?

Yep, and she is also our current Secretary of State (you know...Chief Elections Officer).

Eff them. It concerns this state and no other.

This judge can go...

Enforce it.

The ruling is unconstitutional. As if that matters any longer.

katie Hobbs? Why is that name sounding familiar? She certainly isn’t involved in an election as this would be self serving.

Legislation
The legislation amends a law concerning voter registration. It states that the registration will be canceled for a voter who moves to another state.

“What this does is adds a statement to the voter registration form that simply says, ‘I as a voter that [is] choosing to register, if I move permanently out of state, yes, you have the ability to follow the existing law and remove me from the rolls,’” Hoffman said earlier this year.

The equity coalition in its lawsuit said the legislation was “designed and serves to suppress voters of color and naturalized voters” by allegedly chilling voters from registering to vote.

The agreement approved by the judge doesn’t admit any validity to the claims.
