Putin flies planes all over near NATO and American Borders to get free media advertising for Russian arms. (Russia has for sale oil, gas, wheat and arms, no manufactured products)

Putin starts a war and American arms manufacturers reap the benefits while his touted weapons lie for the world to see in rusted roadside hulks all over Ukraine
