Employees at Froedtert who choose to not get the new Covid-19 vaccine will face termination.
A recently authorized version of the COVID vaccine eliminates religious conflicts, Froedtert said. Meaning now, all employees must be vaccinated.
A small portion of employees could remain employed without vaccination due to religious reasons. However now, with the new Novavax vaccine, Froedtert said it does not conflict with religious beliefs.

Employees who originally chose not to get vaccinated and now choose not to get the new Novavax vaccine will face termination.
The Novavax vaccine received emergency authorization last month by the FDA. Novavax is different than the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines. It also did not use fetal cell lines for development like other existing options, and it is protein-based rather than mRNA.
Due to those differences, Froedtert is now alerting some staff that their vaccine exemption is expiring.
Froedtert told the TMJ4 News I-Team in a statement on Wednesday that the change will affect a small percentage of its workforce.
Wisconsin hospitals are at a breaking point as the number of COVID-19 hospitalizations climbs. An email sent to a Froedtert employee obtained by the I-Team says the first dose is required in one week by Sept. 14. The email also said if employees do not receive their first dose by Sept 21, they will be considered voluntarily resigned and it will be their last day of employment. The second dose is required by Oct. 5, and if not received by Oct. 19, employees will be considered voluntarily resigned.

"Froedtert Health requires staff and providers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a federal requirement that is monitored for compliance. We join many other health systems around southeast Wisconsin and the U.S. that have made vaccination a condition of employment.
The Novavax vaccination for COVID-19 is now available. This protein-based vaccination option eliminates conflicts for those staff with religious or medical exemptions caused by mRNA-based vaccines and other concerns. Since those staff are now eligible for a vaccination that does not conflict with their religious beliefs or medical situation, their exemption will expire. This affects a small percentage of staff with a vaccine exemption. Eligible staff continue to be exempt from a COVID-19 vaccine for religious and medical reasons.
Froedtert Health respects the right of staff and providers to engage in activity protected by state and federal law."
By now, only idiots are not aware of so many adverse reactions to the “vaccines” so they might have a fight on their hands to mandate this.

Wait! Our FRoctors assure us that cv19 is over and there is no longer a need for a vx. This is still EUA, so cannot be mandated. If Omicron is nothing, why the vx? And if a non-sterilizing vx induces more variants, why vx?
If my employer did this at this point, I’d just walk away and feel pretty good about it.
The only plausible reason for mandating these shots is to ensure a compliant population of employee drones.
In other words, to stave off the potential for free thought and diversity of ideas in the workplace.
We have TWO RNs in the family. My Niece is a Cardiac Nurse and they are few and far between. Both she and her husband (I forget what he does; I think it’s in Finance) both told their employers that they were NOT taking any shots. End of conversation. Both still have their jobs.
Our other RN quit her job as shots were mandated for her. She’s been a nurse since she finished High School and began her training, so going on 30 years.
She is now focusing on health via clean eating and more holistic medicines/applications.

Froedert is not the arbiter of what conflicts with peoples’ religious beliefs. Thats in the law itself, businesses cannot and have not the power to determine if something conflicts with someones’ religious beliefs.
Some people NEVER learn OR because they took the vax just won’t admit they were wrong!!
