A federal judge in Florida has dismissed Donald Trump's lawsuit against 2016 Democratic rival Hillary Clinton and former top FBI officials...[U.S. District Judge Donald Middlebrooks] dismissed the idea that Trump had sued to correct an actual legal harm, saying that "instead, he is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him, and this Court is not the appropriate forum."

So, if a political adversary colludes with the FBI to create a series of false accusations against you there is no remedy in civil rights law. It sound like another reason to abolish or at least clean house at the FBI and prosecute the malefactors.

A judge tossing a case of this importance should not just get her judgement overturned, she should be removed from office and disbarred. I'm not kidding. This level of suit is an issue of monumental importance to the future of our country, and authoritarian oppressive dystopia or a return to a constitutional Republic and remedy for the outrages of the past two years.
I hope she is held to account for this biased totally political ruling.

Does the AP mention that the Judge was appointed by Clinton? The Special Master judge was appointed by Trump. Seems like both sides have their own judiciary.
