MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A day after a man went on a shooting spree across Memphis, two men made threats against people in the community and events in the city of Memphis, police said.
According to Memphis Police (MPD), the two men are between 18 and 21 and made specific threats to events occurring in the city of Memphis. They also made posts threatening individual people, police said.
Police did not say which events the men made the threats against, but that the two men did post these threats on social media.

Priscilla and Lisa Marie need to move Graceland to another part of Memphis. I keep hearing how the area has become seedy and dangerous. Usually, once a large city falls down in quality of life and stays that way for a few years, it is fated to remain stuck in that lower standard.

Flew into Memphis from Boston last month. We were hungry, but drive to Como, MS to eat. Sadly Memphis is now an airport situation for me. I like living too much.

We took a road trip to Yellowstone back in the early 90’s. We took the Southern route going but coming back we took a shortcut through Memphis. Big mistake. It was the only place we got lost on the whole trip. We kept going around in circles, it was midnight, and we were tired. We got a motel but due to the gunshots going off all over town, we slept with our handguns within reach and a chair under the door. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough at first light.
Never again.
