HQQ had been tagged by the fda as causing this decades ago iirc. I did not want my husband, with advanced heart disease taking it, until I reviewed the old data… which I have not.
I am doing the diet to see which foods trigger my inflammation..you get rid of most foods because of ingredient list.
Can’t even have monk extract that some products use as a sweetener
I clearly have a histomine intolerance that I discovered by accident and sure enough..I have the genetic code for dao deficiency.
If I was truly following the diet with no snacks etc I would have lost more than two inches in two weeks..I think there is probably some medical reason I crave salty chips

Pretty soon mRNA will be the only way many things will be available. Seems to be highly profitable.
Ah ha! They really want to replace supplements that cost at most a few dollars a day, with pharmaceutical pills that cost hundreds a day.
The issue of tainted supplements is a real concern, but the government would rather ban ALL supplements or at least make them prescription only. Many doctors love the idea, and Big Pharma is licking their lips in anticipation.
Homocysteine is a better predictor than triglycerides.
