Whether Trump’s claims of executive privilege, attorney-client privilege or an unconstitutional, overly broad search prevail will be decided some time in the future.

They Will attempt to tie Trump up in courts from here to eternity in an effort to keep him from running a successful campaign for president again.
All involved in this should face severe criminal charges and any information disclosed should be cause for future litigation on the exposers and disclosers.

It’s one of the main reasons why colonists went to war with England - Redcoats busting into homes and ransacking the premises under a ‘general warrant.’ It’s what the enemy does when they have no basis to gain entry and need to find anything they can to label as a crime.
And when the ‘D’onkey Party cohorts come to the fore and say that the FBI does not over-reach, point them to that seized private ‘safe deposit’ facility in California where the DoJ & FBI LIED TO THE COURT about what their preplanned intentions were. They told the court issuing the search&seizure order that the agents would only open the boxes for identification and nothing more.
On 22 March 2021, the Government was granted the legal right to search&seize the business of U.S. Private Vaults, Beverly Hills, CA, on the basis of the ownership being charged/indicted with money laundering. Yet, while doing that, the agents constructively seized the contents of the 800 boxes located in that office. While some fraction of these box contents are returned or in process of being returned, the majority are under active process of ‘Civil Forfeiture’, a process where the authorities ASSUME the contents were the results of a crime. To fight the seizure, the owner basically has to PROVE INNOCENT ownership.
This is the same as those cases where someone returns a winner fro a gambling trip and TSA ‘suspects’ their winnings are criminal and seizes the same. UGLY and a likely violation of the 4th Amendment except for the legal precedents based upon the ‘War on Drugs’.
When the FBI put President Trump’s passports in the evidence box and then denied they had them, they showed that they had no discrimination between evidence under (even a flimsy) warrant and privileged documents. They could not say “oops, didn’t check it well enough” for those little blue (or red or black) booklets. Thus the need for a special master. If they took everything but the passports they might have had a tiny argument but not now.
Not gonna end well for Biden, the DOJ or the FBI. The House hearings will expose them and hopefully we finally get well deserved criminal charges.

I see the FBI or DOJ leaked what they claim are nuclear secrets to the Washington Post. Thought the judge said that must stop.
They weren't being sloppy, they were rummaging for something specific. They were looking for the Russiagate files. AKA evidence of treason. They, including Biden, know Trump is holding those files (AKA evidence) until the right time.
Biden sent them to retrieve, then destroy the files because he and too many others are named in those seemingly innocent sounding "Russiagate" files.
"Russiagate" or any other catch phrase the Aussies at Fox want to call it, is treason by any other name.
Don't be surprised if Fox isn't also complicit in the act.
