I feel like Russia has the upper hand. I suspect the sanctions will be lifted at some point, and Ukraine will fold.

Ukraine will have to fold. They can’t keep up the manpower needed to resist. Their counteroffensive resulted in 3000 dead and 7000 wounded. (Or so says one propaganda machine)

The problem is, if Europe can’t get Russian gas, they will buy gas elsewhere. Once they do that, they’ll have no reason to ever buy Russian gas again.
