Trump needs to put some context on it -- and some promises into it -- the unfortunately repeated inflection periods in American history when the Fib has been revealed as completely and utterly corrupt:

• Hoover (and this would be a good one to pin on the Christopher Wray donkey)
• Church Committee review of Fib and inter-agency abuses which unveiled M0cking &ird (!), C0int @lpr0 and MK ^ltra
• Ruby Ridge and Waco and Richard Jewell (and don't forget Jewell testified before a House Committee and demanded a special investigation)
• Fib's SSG super-agent Hanssen, and his decades-long allegiance with the Russians, to the point of his classified info making its way to the 9/11 attackers

While you go to bankruptcy court to fight for your six cents on the dollar and your litigant flies to and from every day in his Sikorsky helicopter, it's a bit angersome. Trump burned a lot of folks in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey areas during that time with the Taj Mahal Casino bankruptcy. He didn't do himself any long term favors there.

People and businesses in that area don't forget. Yes it was a legal process but hard feelings are just so.

That’s the real reason the hate him. They can’t control him, they can’t even expect Trump to leverage things against them for money. Trump wanted the FBI to do the job of law enforcement, but they have been political hacks so long they are ignorant at the top as to what that means. Trump keeps embarrassing the FBI and DOJ, and they want him gone so bad they keep exposing themselves.
