Duke University volleyball player Rachel Richardson, a black woman, accused someone in the Brigham Young University student section of repeatedly hurling racial slurs during a recent game and BYU school officials "failed to take the necessary steps to stop the unacceptable behavior and create a safe environment."
Richardson's statement garnered much attention on social media and within the news. BYU released a statement saying they had banned someone, who was not a BYU student, from future events. Yet, it appears Richardson's version of events are not true.
In addition to the racial slurs not being hurled towards Richardson or her black teammates, but it looks as though BYU banned a man who is "mentally challenged" to appease the woke mob. Richardson also left out in her statement a police officer stood in between the court and the fan section after a complaint was made.

Burden of proof: It’s a hoax until proven otherwise.
Duke is another school that sold the name of their college and their Christian values to the highest bidder (like Bucknell and many others) to either do what they want w/ them or dispose of them all together.
IMHO Rachel Richardson went to BYU with a chip on her shoulder.
5-9 outside hitter, sophomore with ho-hum stats at a pretty significant D1 school - she’s trying to punch her look-at-me-victim card to keep scholie or get another at some wokester school after she gets cut.
Can anyone think of these famous cases where it wasn’t a hoax? I looked down while walking my dog the other night and could not help but notice that the handle of the lead looks like a noose. Neither she nor I are black, but it was chilling nonetheless

So what’s the line here? What if Racheal was Richard and trans? Not that I would go to a women’s volleyball game, but if I did I would certainly exercise my 1A rights. I don’t see that as any different commenting on sweaty, nappy-headed, lesbian negroes. Sometimes the truth is supposed to hurt.

Yep, and everyone has a recording device in their pocket nowadays, so if there is no recording, at a giant public event like this, then it is safe to assume it didn’t happen.

Last one I can remember was the Byrd lynching in Texas back in the 90s. But there was a dead body in that case, which is kind of hard to fake.

Nothing is more guaranteed to cause the sudden failure of all electronic recording equipment than white people yelling racist slurs at an unfortunate black person. It literally happens all the time, but nobody can ever produce an audio or video recording. White people wizards.
Uh, the dead part is hard to fake, but the cause of death is very easy to fake.
