My thoughts exactly! There is absolutely no legitimate reason to leave deceased voters on the active voter’s roll. The only reason for leaving them on is to invite voter fraud.

Probably something along the lines of: "Black people are being unfairly declared dead and deprived of their chance to vote merely because they lack opportunities to communicate with government due to institutional racism."

In short, Benson is claiming if there is even the slightest chance they are still alive, she is obligated to make sure their ballot gets cast...the right way, of course. :)
