First of all, those deaths are not ‘linked’ to the vaccine. Correlation isn’t causation.
Second, it’s very unlikely that deaths are underreported in VAERS since serious reactions are required to be reported as a matter of law. The ‘tiny fraction’ theory is a result of the fact that minor reactions, sore arms, etc., don’t get reported. That doesn’t mean that deaths are underreported by the same fraction.
I agree, the efficacy numbers are meaningless.

Many many many deaths aren’t reported because, guess what? The people are DEAD. Marge Roberts, 78, perfectly healthy widow living a peaceful, happy existence, found dead in her home two days after being injected. Who’s going to report her vaccine death or even try to find out why/how she died, or even know that she was injected just two days earlier? Now multiply that times thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands.
