The White House is rushing ahead to roll out a new COVID-19 booster shot campaign in early September, but is facing an uphill battle to ensure it is successful.
The vaccines being used in the campaign are the first ones that have been manufactured to specifically target the subvariants of omicron that are currently causing the most infections, and administration officials have indicated they’re preparing to start offering the shots shortly after Labor Day.

The really big challenge will be how to force the boosters on the public AND still make the vaccines’ failure Trump’s fault.
I’m sure they’ll somehow make it work.
As disconnected from reality some people are, they will not even notice the conflict.
And they are fully approved?? Or using the old shot approvals as a cover.
The narrative will be that due to the large number of vaxx-deniers not getting their shots, the new variation of covid is out of control, necessitating the need for cheat-by-mail-in ballots.

But despite the administration’s optimism, the effort is likely to face major hurdles. Chief among them is a lack of interest from the public. Only about two-thirds of the U.S. population have been vaccinated with a primary COVID-19 vaccine series, while less than half of that group has received even a first booster.
The vaccination rate among children is even lower. According to the CDC, less than 4 percent of eligible kids under the age of 2 have received at least one dose, and only 6 percent of kids between the ages of 2 and 4 have received a single dose.

I now see their point. But what is confusing is that now their scenario is obviously happening, they have shifted their position 180 degrees.

I’ve quit talking about it - what is done, is done for those who have gotten the shots. Most of those close to me got the shots out of fear, social pressure, spousal pressure, or coercion (jab or job). All of them have had COVID, some more than once. As for the boosters, those that get them are “beyond help” as you said, at least my help. Only those that have a jab or job mandate (the two in the medical field) will be getting boosters, based on what I’m seeing/hearing. The two medicos are so brainwashed by the ‘industrial medical complex’ that there’s no talking to them. Fortunately, neither are in medical positions that recommend or give the jabs (one is a surgeon, the other in CCU) so at least they’re not complicit at that level. Neither are the type to ‘make a stand’ & refuse more shots.
In a writing, I saw the unvaccinated described as being on “the invisible ark” .... as mankind dies in greater & greater numbers from the bio-weapon shots which is government inflicted democide/genocide, the ark analogy may prove true.
