A humble state that used to yield class after class of solid citizens to join the backbone of America. From the stories, it seems Indiana has been slowly degrading for a decade.

This week federal prosecutors dismantled a major multi-state drug trafficking ring in Indianapolis.
A federal grand jury returned indictments against 21 people as part of a conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine.

My guess is they chose the cheapest digs, which also happened to be in the blackest part of town. Political correctness means the Dutch are probably unfamiliar with the fact that most stranger crime is committed by blacks. They have blacks, too, but theirs are way higher quality than ours, with far lower African admixture. And their blacks don’t have guns.
Indianapolis is a big time liberal city now.
