Residents of a Mid-City neighborhood are angry and fearful as a transient has repeatedly vandalized the area in recent weeks, causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage.
“I want to be safe in my own house, but I don’t feel safe going outside in the middle of the night because I know he’s roaming around,” homeowner Melissa Chin told KTLA.
Neighbors say the man, whose identity was not released, has been captured on video cutting electrical and internet wires, starting fires and breaking outdoor faucets and pipes in the area near 21st Street and Longwood Avenue.

The neighbors need to subdue and tie this person up, execute, and place their body parts in large plastic bags, and drop off in various city garbage bins.
If they are in the desert areas, or close to, they can do a Better Call Saul and bury them in the desert.

Past time for neighborhood residents to engage in some self help. Send out patrols to catch him, bag him, and relocate him into the wild - either out in the dessert or the Mayor’s neighborhood.

My stepdad (he is 91 years old) told me how they handled “problems” like this when was he young: the locals conducted a scouring of the shire and were not nice in doing so — and had no problems for years afterwards.
They won’t be able to catch Batman due to bureaucratic ineptitude. They got a new bat signal as the old one has worn out after several decades. But it was a cheap Chinese knock off. So instead of alerting Batman it calls actor Jason Bateman.
