Thats to me what Reinhardt did, know that there would be lots of black ink used, and he could always use the “ I thought” in approving.

According to numerous reports, the FBI had full access to these documents in June. Is the claim that something was removed before then?
Not impressed.
1) Go the Politico article.
2) Scroll down until you see the letter-boxed "Redacted Mar-a-Lago Search Affidavit".
3) Click on the menu upper-right.
4) Where it say "Original Document (PDF)", right-click on that, and "Open In New Tab".
5) Depending on your PDF settings, it will either open in the new tab or prompt Reader and place it there.
6) Download for keeps if you like.

The document then adds: “If witnesses’ identities are exposed, they could be subjected to harms including retaliation, intimidation, or harassment, and even threats to their physical safety. As the court has already noted, ‘these concerns are not hypothetical in this case’.”

It sounds like they are going to try to argue that even though the President had the full right to declassify the material, and therefore it is not classified anymore, it is still "national defense information" and somehow entitled to protection.
That seems like an almost frivolous argument.
The affidavit shows no real serious issue, just legal warfare being conducted by Washington insiders. Make sure you read Exhibit 1, it shows exactly how ridiculous the whole raid was.
To borrows the words of Biden yesterday,it sounds kind of semi facists to me.
They basically mocked the judge with all these redactions. Unless he is complicit, that is.
I haven’t seen it. Maybe somebody wants “technical problems” right now.
What jumped out at me is that in Paragraph 14 they have the unmitigated gall to reference FISA.
