CVR allows to detect machine fraud without opening the machines.
Afternoon will focus on CVR exposing fraud. These are government records, can’t be denied, refuted, debunked.

There are 3,000 counties in the USA.
It seems to me that a logical first step in getting rid of the machines is to have counties with less than 25,000 voters immediately go to PAPER BALLOT.
I need to do some research, but I suspect 75% of the 3,000 counties have less than 25,000 voters.
If 75% of the counties are using PAPER BALLOTS, then we can focus attention on the 25% of counties that use MACHINES.
I sure hope this is recorded.
