Hmmm: FBI returns Trump passports that never appeared on search inventory

That brings us to the second question: Why weren’t the passports listed on the inventory? FBI agents certainly know what passports look like. The inventory is a legal record of everything the FBI took out of Trump’s home in executing the search. There may be some understandable fuzziness on the identity of each and every single sheet of paper in those boxes, but passports are unique and instantly recognizable — and look nothing like the documents in question.

Good question. But it’s the FIB/Gestapo, so the answer is likely, “Because We Could. Whatcha gonna do about it?”

They took them because they could. That’s what thugs do.

They will need a third visit to get all the Obama and Comey documents.

Don't know about the underwear, specifically... but...

Better to drag it out by showing snippets at opportune times.

Death by a thousand cuts.

When they show a bunch of men going through Melanie’s clothing people (particularly women) are gonna be outraged.

One still pic or one frame of video of a panty sniff and its curtains for that barrel of snakes.

I think this could be a very effective way to strike back.

Only show what you want to show to make a point.

The cumulative effect could work quite well.

Trump & his allies need to make a really big stink about the 33 MILLION items OBAMA removed——which haven’t been seen since.

Clintons also.

You would think that plotting such a high-profile event like this would make the people involved make sure that everything was tight and buttoned up. Yet, this whole fiasco was sloppy from beginning to end. Two reasons for this in my opinion; first, they had no idea that their actions would be questioned, and secondly, their brains go into derangement mode when it comes to things regarding Donald Trump.

It's one thing to be arrogant and stupid; but it's really dangerous when those people have so much authority and access to a legal process that literally ruins lives.

This needs to be shut down. Fast.

They intentionally took them so it could be leaked. “Sources close to the investigation are reporting Donald Trump’s passports have been seized by the State Department, citing Trump as a flight risk”

THEY never anticipated the public outcry regarding this raid on Trump, so they back pedaled on the passports. Screwing with Mother Pelosi has consequences.

Remember when Trump grounded Pelosi’s plane?

January 2019: “Wednesday, Pelosi suggested that Trump delay his annual speech to Congress, essentially threatening to use her power as speaker to block him from the Capitol. (The State of the Union is delivered by formal invitation from lawmakers.) In response, the president was initially, and uncharacteristically, silent. No name-calling tweets, no blustery sound bites. But on Thursday afternoon, just as Pelosi was about to board a plane bound for Europe, Trump exacted his revenge.”

It’s not right on many levels, all right. But it is “unchartered territory” on many levels, as well.

Which means, with enough lawyers involved, “right” (vs. wrong) is utterly meaningless.

There’s a lot for Trump to leverage out of this outrageous raid. The illegality, the hypocrisy, the weaponization of federal resources, etc.

In some respects its a gift that puts him in the position of being a candidate without having to declare it. It also affords him new opportunities to communicate with the country in a way that is advantageous to him.

He should be milking this for all its worth.

By seizing things that were not within the scope of the warrant, and by failing to properly document what was seized, I’d bet any lawyer could get anything they did seize thrown out as evidence. The presumption that they honestly documented the chain of custody is destroyed.

The FBI will never, never, ever live this raid down.

Their best bet is to DISSOLVE THEMSELVES.

They are proven to be feckless, unprofessional, bordering on criminal.
