The FBI auditing program is obsolete.

The various Sheriffs have put the FBI on notice of that fact

In other words, state and county Sheriff offices don't know what their doing and require federal (FBI) oversight.

Keep in mind that Sheriffs are ELECTED by the people they serve. FBI agents are not!! So, how is it that unelected law enforcement (FBI) who are not accountable to an election process have any authority over law enforcement (Sheriff) elected by the people.

Shame on any Sheriff's office that opens its doors to the FBI.
