Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff, head of the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday that he has not seen evidence that former President Donald Trump declassified documents that were found by the FBI during a search of his South Florida residence, Mar-a-Lago, last week.
"We should determine, you know, whether there was any effort during the presidency to go through the process of declassification," Schiff said in an interview on "Face the Nation." "I've seen no evidence of that, nor have they presented any evidence of that."

The former president's attorneys did not object to the release of the search warrant and related documents, and he claimed all the records seized during the search had been declassified while he was still in office.
While a sitting president has broad declassification authority, Schiff noted that does not extend to a former president and called it "absurd" for Trump to claim he retroactively declassified the documents he took to Mar-a-Lago.
He also noted the statutes the Justice Department said in the warrant it is investigating Trump for possibly violating do not require information to be classified.
"If they would be damaging to national security, it's a problem. It's a major problem," the California Democrat said.
Schiff also said it's a "serious problem" if Trump's attorneys certified to the Justice Department that all classified information was retrieved when the National Archives and Records Administration obtained 15 boxes from Mar-a-Lago in mid-January, but did not turn over all classified or national security information. Some of the boxes the National Archives retrieved contained classified material and the agency requested the Justice Department investigate Trump's handling of White House records.

They have run out of so many gambit that Schiff is hoping to get Trump on a technicality.

A documented liar who is a donation recipient and buddy of a guy who had actual dead bodies of African Americans found in his apartment....
I see no evidence Adam Schiff is sane.
They don't even have a technically to get him on.

lets not forget I believe it was the standard hotel I hear Schiff has connections to..I think he and Buck BOTH had sex with young black men first drugging them than having sex with them
Schiff doesn’t need evidence. It’s not his business.
Someday Schiff is going to get his and he deserves a lot of it.
So I was wondering: Is that maybe why all Democrats/RINOs constantly bash the highly successful & highly popular President Trump on a 24/7/365 basis for the past 6 years?

Just the first 10 words and the article is already unbelievable.
Schiff ignores the evidence that Trump said he did it. Schiff acts as if his claim that he has not seen proof means it didn’t happen, which is thoughtless and self-evidently poor reasoning. There is zero requirement that Schiff would need to have been informed for PDJT to have done the declassification. Surely the FBI was fully informed that PDJT had accomplished the declassification of those documents before the raid. If there had been any doubt whatsoever, they could have asked for documentation of that fact and saved the world a whole lot of useless expense, danger and poor precedent.
Has little bug-eyed adam schiff already seen the material brought in from Florida?

They all had and they forwarded them all over creation.
The FBi and DoJ said - they did not see Criminal Intent on their part.
They even destroyed evidence because they had denied it so long.
