I’m not convinced that Democrats are all that comfortable
with arresting and prosecuting Trump, with their dirty
linen out in the open.

I know a few people who voted for trump in 2016 & 2020 but were prepared to vote him out in the 2024 primaries due to his “toxicity” in general—but after the MaraLago raid are firmly back in the Trump camp again.
They might do it. There are no reasonable checks to their powers at this moment. We have token Republicans like Kevin McCarthy and he will puff and everyone will listen to him but it's nothing but hot air.
So yeah, if there's an opportunity for the Democrats to arrest Donald Trump. They'll do it.
This is starting to remind me of Silvio Berlusconi, who served as Prime Minister of Italy three times (1994, 2001, 2006), in spite being accused of crimes and scandals over and over again. The majority of voters love him. The power brokers hate him.

Sure, but they cannot stop there because as much as they are going after Trump to viciously hurt him, it's also about winning in 2024. If the RATS were truly confident in their fraud machine, they would want Trump to run again so they could embarrass him into a second loss. Unless we're playing Vizzini logic games in which case they're doing all this to make sure he runs in 2024...
Assuming they are not, the RATS will also have to indict DeSantis and Pompeo because while not as popular as Trump, those two are also not likely to be the GOPe designated loser for 2024 like McCain and Romney were in 2008 and 2012, and what ¡Yeb! was prepared to be in 2016 until Trump ruined it for him.

I was listening to a Constitutional lawyer this week. Interesting that even a convicted felon can run for, and be, POTUS. There are only three stipulations in the Constitution, and a clean record isn’t one of them.

It isn’t about being comfortable when it comes to mob mentality.
Does that mean we are going to get control of the algorithm and vote harvesting frauds by November 2024? Actually it has to be done by November this year. If the Democrats engineer a "sweep" in the midterms then there will never be a real election again and the Party and China will be supreme for the future of everyone alive now.

I don’t think so. I’d bet Southern District of New York or something like that. If they bring him up on federal charges and he wins the Presidency anyway, then he’ll just pardon himself. So they have to make it a state prosecution, in a Democrat controlled state.
