I don’t think so. I’d bet Southern District of New York or something like that. If they bring him up on federal charges and he wins the Presidency anyway, then he’ll just pardon himself. So they have to make it a state prosecution, in a Democrat controlled state.

Let me ask this. He can pardon anyone for state or federal charges can’t he?

Any trial would have to be in a district that is related to the crime. That means NY is out. Florida would be a possibility because that is where the FBI found the top secret documents. The other possible location would be D.C. because that is where the documents were stolen from.

I don’t think the Feds can seat 12 people in Florida without getting an unwavering Trump supporter. I don’t think there are 12 people in D.C. that support Trump. The trial will be in D.C.
