I disagree. I think they’ve realized this wasn’t what they thought it was. These folks are on thin ice already with there endless witch hunts. Now they go after him fro this, a charge almost impossible to prosecute with documents he had the authority to do what he wanted to with them. It’s all quite silly. This isn’t a Capone gotcha on taxes. This is a desperate attempt to smear him , that is not working out.
