Outside of Miami and Melbourne, Florida has some pretty conservative cops.

Years ago when I was on a commuter bus traveling on the NJ Turnpike, a BMW tried to cut us off but wound up causing an accident and significantly damaging the BMW (the bus was relatively unharmed). Nobody was hurt.

The NJ Staties came onto the scene to do their thing. I overheard this exchange between the two cops:

It's gonna cost that guy a lot to fix his car.

Ah, he's rich...he can afford it.

Personal biases etc enter into countless decisions. The leftists already hate freedom and liberty loving folks. While I like the spirit, this plate is an invitation to a good keying.

Quick story: A friend of mine likes to go fishing in Canada. Well, almost every time he crossed the border Canadian officials would wave him over for a little chat. He could never figure out why he was singled out like that.

Then it hit him. He has an NRA sticker on his truck. So now he removes it before entering Canada. No more problems.
