I can't claim to be an expert on Maryland politics. Although it's brave for him to take that position the fact that The Big Guy carried the state with almost 66% of the vote (very probably with no fraud involved) seems to support the validity of my hunch.

There were MILLIONS of ballots that had multiple down ballot Democrat candidates that received ZERO votes. The only candidate on those ballots that had a vote was Biden. No fraud? Absolute fraud. Simple math.
