I’m a little confused where they get any authority to demand security cameras be shut off. That order should have been ignored.

15 boxes.

30 FBI goons.

2 goons per box.

An immediate release of any damaging material.

I’d say it’s a bust.

If the FBI can raid the home of the former President of the United States, refuse to show the search warrant, make his lawyer leave, turn off the security cameras, refuse to let anyone watch, and bring in a safe cracker, imagine what they can do to the average American citizen. If Americans who identify as Democrat don’t have a problem with this, they’re a special kind of stupid, because at some point they will have outlived their usefulness to the Democratic Party.

In reading all this we have to keep in mind that a records dispute with the National Archives is absolute chicken shit,
And there is zero justification to convene a grand jury, much less to raid a president’s house with 30 armed FBI agents.

Doesn’t even pass the laugh test.

Who were they protecting?

The former FBI agent quoted in the story, Michael Tabman, who guessed the FBI “must have obviously had probable cause” - he is a former democrat governor candidate in Kansas.

From the piece...He called the raid another 'coordinated attack' on his father Donald Trump and insisted there is no way President Joe Biden was kept in the dark about the search.

Might this become another "What did he know and when did he know it" issue?

Asked another way, who all knew in advance? And who all was in on the inception and planning?

Could get interesting if/when we take back congress.

When some of these government goons start getting a few holes put in them their attitude will change.

What is going on in this country is equal in many respects to Nazi Germany in the early 30’s.

If they really did refuse to hand over the warrant, there should be enough lawsuit material for the most rabid of lawyers. This is the kind of stuff low class thieves use to get out of jail.

Could be that the Special Agents were operating under extreme duress and knew that by NOT producing the search warrant to the attorney they were throwing the case by turning this operation into a totally illegal and inadmissible search.

IOW malicious compliance.

I’m wondering now if they even had a warrant.

This is just the beginning of a long war against the leftist deep state. The entire federal government needs to be stripped of law enforcement capabilities. No more weapons, no more paramilitaries. Even the border patrol needs to be reclassified. Make them part of the military and defend the border using appropriate force. The FBI, ATF and other such ilk that work against our God given rights need to be shuttered. The IRS and it’s army needs to be shuttered. Just think of a way to collect taxes without tax forms, audits and unconstitutional extrajudicial courts. It ain’t that difficult.

It’s time to get off our lazy asses and make this work. Be positive. Be focused. Do it for your children and grandchildren.

I have dealt with the FBI only once and it was in 1976 when 2 agents asked me to let them in an apartment that a resident had unexpectedly moved out of and there appeared to be some type of Air Force radio equipment left in there as reported by a member who had been helping me. I told them my boss said they had to have a search warrant to be let in as the firm wanted no liability exposure. They said fine and came back the next day from Los Angeles with a warrant and I let them in. But that was in 1976.

When I hear it from Trump’s attorney, then I’ll consider it. Making false claims as a officer of the court is serious. A son can say anything.

Even convicts have the right to be present, and watch while their cells, rooms, and cube areas are being searched by uniformed staff. If anything is confiscated during the search, the convict is provided with a list of items removed, signed by the confiscating officer.
