I dont think the FBI is stupid enough to not have a valid warrant...no excuse for refusing to show lawyer warrant
With Christopher Wray as Director, I believe that you are giving too much credit where none is due.
As I said on another thread, this is a big red flag. Wonder if those agents are part of Hannity's 99%?
No warrant? Secret Service should have treated them as intruders - and started shooting, if necessary.
In a sane world the entire raid would be thrown out in a court challenge based on this.
You MUST SERVE the search warrant, which means placing it in the hands of the property owner or his legal representative.
They could have had the branch office in NY serve the warrant to President Trump.
They knew where he was.
“I dont think the FBI is stupid enough to not have a valid warrant...no excuse for refusing to show lawyer warrant”
Yeah... like the FISA warrants...
They had a warrant. They refused to let the lawyer see it. Only let her see it from 10 feet away where you cant really read it
Do you mean valid or “valid”?
Intended to instill FEAR — not just in Trump, but in all of us.
If a Big Guy like a former President gets tossed, clearly little old us better knuckle under — of be destroyed.
THAT’S the desired product: Fear.
I hope he had surveillance that could not be noticed, so everything can be seen.
The simple fact that SS let them in with sketchy documents should give a clue as to loyalty of SS.
BUT-—THEY ARE ARROGANT ENOUGH
“asked staff to turn security cameras off –but they refused.”
First I’ve heard that they refused. If the cameras stayed on the FBI have perfected methods of getting around that.
So could showing it from 10 feet away get everything thrown out that was seized
Hope this makes it to SCOTUS
Good point.
If they had backpacks, as has been reported, they were bringing things IN. Probably planting spy equipment.
They also my have been on a mission to capture and destroy evidence and to gain competitive intelligence for the election.
Good point..probably the latter
