Trump Attorneys Spill the Beans on Issues With FBI Raid, Warrant
Red State ^ | Aug 09, 2022 | Nick Arama

The attorneys for President Donald Trump are now spilling the beans on some of the issues with the FBI raid of his home and the search warrant.

Trump attorney Alina Habba appeared on Fox News with Jesse Watters. She said that they had been cooperating with the National Archives over the records and that this was completely “unconstitutional.” “Our country should be terrified—I am terrified,” Habba exclaimed. She said the FBI went in when he wasn’t even there, and then told his attorneys to leave, that they couldn’t watch or be there. “That doesn’t sound good to me,” she declared.

Habba said the agents came in wearing backpacks, and she was concerned that they could have planted things since they were trying to get the attorneys out of there. Habba said she believed this was all part of the effort to try to take Trump down, and that people were “working in tandem” with other efforts.

“There is more than people know that you’ll be hearing,” Habba explained. “If he wasn’t ahead in the polls, this wouldn’t be happening.” It’s “100 percent” politically motivated, she declared. “I don’t trust the government, and that’s a very frightening thing as an American,” she said. “This is third-world stuff, this is Cuba. This is not our country.”

Watters asked about the warrant, and Habba said the attorneys on the ground weren’t given the warrant during the raid — they were only allowed to look at it.

Now, here’s Trump attorney Christina Bobb on Real America’s Voice. She was the attorney who was on site. She explains that they initially wouldn’t even let her see the warrant, but then did; they were reluctant to let them have it. It’s not clear from what she says if they ultimately were able to obtain it at some point. She also explained that the probable cause for the warrant was sealed, so that they can’t even know what it was unless they go to court to find out.

She confirmed that it was due to the Presidential Records Act, which the host indicated has never been prosecuted–one of the many reasons this “rationale” to seize documents from Trump’s home is ridiculous. She said they also were looking for classified documents. “The irony of both…is it is the president [Trump] himself who gets to decide what is a presidential record. So, why they get to redefine that is unclear and why they get to search, why that’s even in a warrant, it doesn’t really make any sense,” she said. “The same thing with any potential classified information.”

What is ridiculous about all this is how opposed this is to how they treated Hillary Clinton, whose home was never raided, who was never gone after for getting rid of her emails or having classified documents on her private server.

Bobb explained to RSBN how this was completely unprecedented to pursue a former president this way — that Hillary Clinton even took furniture and other items from the White House when the Clintons left, and she just got an email to return things.

On top of what the attorneys said, as I noted in my Trump family reaction story, the FBI also wanted the Mar-a-Lago security cameras shut off while they were conducting their raid. Why? The only thing one can think is that they didn’t want the camera to catch something that they were doing.

So, there’s a lot to be concerned about with the overreach here.

Regarding that, Congress controls the jurisdiction of ALL inferior federal courts. Their FIRST action should be one which withdraws executive orders from inferior court jurisdiction and places it with ONLY the Supreme Court. THEN, the new president can scrap every earlier existing order that created the foundation for the administrative state, fire those involved, and then dismantle it and sell off the real estate. Then, as Trump enacts new EO’s to drop the veil, sympathetic courts would be curtailed from interfering.

Congress should next take back it’s city by retroceding the inhabited portions back to Maryland so they have legitimate representation, but NEVER become a state.

Maryland is the DC Swamp’s back yard.

All of the FIB agents involved in this raid, their immediate supervisor, and supervisors up the chain to, and including, Wray should be indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced for giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.

Different crew from the ones who are examining the info. Probably more of a mix of DoJ people than FBI. This raid crew was pure FBI, and probably hand-picked.

Problem I see...if they took out 25-odd boxes, in a realistic world, you’d need ten guys who are qualified for examination of classified, and a minimum of six months.

Now, I will say this...Trump should have known this would happen, and planted every sheet of paper to be fake.

Another thing...one of the things they used to get the raid approved was some picture of a toilet in the WH where a document had been torn up and thrown into a toilet. I find it odd...place loaded with shredders, and some idiot ripping classified up? No. Plus....how do they take this picture of the document in the toilet? All cameras and cellphones are forbidden in the WH.

No, I think they were finally not allowed to shut off the cameras (because the cameras provide general security for a presidential residence). However, this may have been only the outside cameras.

They were there to plant devices, evidence, or both.

“That’s what I’ve always thought, too (based on watching lots of tv cop shows).”

Last night on Real America’s Voice from 10:00 to 10:30 Jack Posobiec had a special about the FBI. What you think you know about them vs what’s true, how they manipulate the narrative to give a favorable impression of them.

They and the CIA have field offices at the Hollywood studios to monitor and influence how they are portrayed in TV and movies.

Two of the 9/11 terrorists rented a house owned by Robert Mueller when he was at FBI.

FBI hired KKK members — 100 of them, I think — to work for them.

There was so much more packed into the 30-minute show. I went to bed sick to my stomach.

They do not need to give you the warrant BEFORE they search.

They need to leave a copy, along with a list of everything they removed, after they are done.

I wonder how many of them were also hand-picked for parade duty here?

I saw that picture. I thought it was a joke. They are just making it up as they go along. It’s going to bite them. But they forced through 2 fake impeachments. I am sure Trump knew it was coming. Rudy said they were there 2 weeks earlier poking around and put a pad lock on the door. When they returned they forgot the key and had to cut the lock.

Why wouldn’t they wait till they get the boxes and then plant it. Why plant it on site and then take the boxes..

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Because this way, they get to take nice convenient little pictures with specific artifacts from the residence to “prove” the items were actually in the residence.
They didn’t obey his orders the last time.
Why should this be different?
Better idea, Bulldoze the house then ship ALL THE DEBRIS to Biden’s Seaside Mansion. Dump the debris on his front door.
Then tell the Stupid SOB he’s getting all his FBI PLANTED CRAP BACK.
I wholly agree - but, by who?… 99% of our government supports this. Those in charge of indicting and prosecuting hate Trump and hate you and I. This is THEIR world…
Also, NY Post reported they raided Melina’s wardrobe/lingerie. Probably took souvenirs. Perverted agents.
I work in a bank....an armed LEO walked in and one of our banker asked, "which department are you with"....they man said, "FBI"....the young bankers, early 20s, replied with a smile, "I'd keep that to yourself if I were you"...
Yep, he complained to manager and I had to pull them in to council them.
Counseling session went like this: "LOL...that was great, but don't rile up a Fed in the branch, get him serviced and get him out of here".
