Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) said Attorney General Merrick Garland must step down or be impeached following the raid on former President Donald Trump’s home.
“At a minimum, Garland must resign or be impeached. The search warrant must be published. Christopher Wray must be removed. And the FBI reformed top to bottom,” he wrote in a social media post Tuesday:

I remember when the Dems made two of Dubya’s AG’s resign. They went after Ashcroft because he had prayer meetings in his office, and covered up some of the naked statues in the hallways, IIRC. Then they went after Gonzales, don’t remember why.

Garland needs to step down but that would take honor and he has none.
If I were Trump and considering a move out of country, I’d be very concerned about...arkancide. No known cure.

IMHO the FIB will claim to find something, the DOJ will run off to a DC grand jury and get an inditement. A DC Court will convict him, and he will go to jail. There will be no midterm election. JMHO, they cannot let him go. He will crush them if they don’t convict and imprison him.

We do need to be rid of Merrick Garland, but first I think he needs a little punishment. How about having him put in stocks in several assorted cities & towns around the various states. Each state should get at least a few “chances” at him before going to jail. This could take at least a year. Stocks would probably have to be built as we haven’t used them in this country for some time. If we start now, we could possibly have them ready in time.
