The podcast was 2 or 3 days before her car crash incident according to reports I’m seeing on TV. Some are claiming she had an open liquor bottle in her car though.
Well, she has to survive first.

Agreed. She’s going to have such a long road of recovery from those burns. She’ll likely become addicted to pain meds. She will be immobilized for such a long time that her muscle mass will deteriorate and she will never be able to return to a normal functioning life. I suppose that will be her punishment outside of the justice system.

No jail time because this is so much less than trespassing on J6 which got at least one guy 44 months in prison plus time served without bail.

She is white so she might be looking at significant time. ALSO She did briefly try to be a lesbian but gave that up so that’s REALLY going to hurt her. And since giving up the sisterhood she has only been with white men. She is doomed.

She was extraordinarily lucky in that regard. Anyone but a member of the privileged class would be looking at jail time for this. Two tiers of justice, and I'm pretty damned sure I'm on the wrong one.
She sure tried to do some slaughtering that day.
