I think I read that most (all?) of the kids that got it, got it from a homosexual family member/friend. And not that anyone was being molested, etc. It’s not an STD, it can spread much more easily than that.

The sequence was, a guy got busted for downloading child porn. The downloader told the cops about the couple who were creating the porn. The couple were busted, and I guess the downloader will get leniency for leading the cops to these two.
