Really. Mrs. VanShuyten and I honeymooned in Indonesia just after Soros destroyed the rupiah. The foreign resorts charged in dollars, but everywhere else was cheap (and good, for a 2nd-3rd world country). We left before the food riots started, so it still remains a good memory.
