And these misguided delusionals will claim that in making their choices, they’re just pursuing their happiness. And if no one else is harmed by those choices they should be free to make them. And if you forbid them or punish them or simply refuse to acknowledge them, then you’re just a hateful bastard.
It’s my conviction that any perversity will sooner or later be normalized if it is seen as not endangering society as a whole.
The only thing that will stop these lunatics from pursuing their version of happiness, is if eventually their choices will produce misery for them rather than happiness.
Whether that will happen remains to be seen.

Of course, and leftists relish such happenings. It advances their agenda and reinforces their world view of oppressors vs oppressed... that the status quo is utterly unjust, and therefore it needs to be blown up.
Years ago Patrick Moynihan wrote a presecient article warning about “defining deviancy down” a tendency to minimize the effects of deviant behavior so as not to have to deal with it as a society. Now, we have gone beyond that— to the point of defining normal as deviant.

Was talking to my son in law last night and he had just overheard his son and pals talking on their first day of high school. He said, “Damn. They sound just like us. The libs are losing these young people.”

That’s because that prescription didn’t work for them - it didn’t result in their happiness, in fact from their point of view it has made it worse. So they’re looking for other answers.
Their answer is denying the reality of their bodies and attempting to change it.
They desire to be something they’re not. Whether their desire will be met will depend a lot on advances in science and technology.
I equate it a bit to nose jobs. A young lady has a hideously hooked nose that she hates and in her mind is limiting the pursuit of her happiness. For most of human existence, she couldn’t do anything about it, but in the last fifty years or so, medical science has gotten to a point where it can give her the pretty nose she craves for.
Will the same thing happen with transgenderism? Will medical science get to a point where a person can choose a realistic facsimile of the body he/she wants?

I contend that they have not been exposed to God and thusly there was never a chance for the prescription to work for them. Parents don’t take their children to Sunday school. Parents don’t read bible stories to their children. God has been removed from schools. God has been removed from entertainment. Marxist repeatedly mock religion. Even many of our churches have failed by promoting social justice, gay and trans clergy.
It used to be that even non-ardent believers would attend church because it was required by the vast majority of the community. Wives would push their reluctant husbands to go to church. Now people are attacked in schools and many corners of society for anything religious. They are silenced. Even government pushed to lock people out of churches during the pandemic. That’s completely unconstitutional. What’s worse few pastors and priests fought back.
Children spend the vast a majority of their time in school or at home. If both of those places are godless, then children are not introduced to the keystone of a healthy belief and value system. That translates directly to unhealthy behavior.
We are now seeing the consequences of taking God out of the classroom. Quite honestly, it is the number one reason I am against teachers and government schools. The vast majority of teachers are godless leftists in addition to being low IQ’d and poorly educated. Thus on every level they are not qualified to educate and should never be around children. They are groomers. The one that are moral in their own makeups don’t fight against those who are not. That is a particularly poor example to have around children because it teaches children to lack conviction in their beliefs.
Yes, and unfortunately, if they’re so unhappy - and I believe they are - they want to take everyone down with them and make sure everyone is miserable.

Multiple people/personalities in a body is multiple personality disorder: MPD, which has been replaced with DID.
Multiple personalities are the result of severe, continuous abuse of a child, beginning by age 3 or 4.
I presume that may be the force behind so many children deciding they are the other sex. I refuse to use the word gender, which was popularized by a pedophile plastic surgeon, who performed the first sex “change” surgery: Dr John Money.
