By the way, he never said it was a hoax. Not even once. Along with a stack of other news stories that day he read a story from daily hedge that asks some very pointed questions about it. You’ll notice that nobody can provide a video of him saying it was fake. It was discussed whether or not that story may be accurate, and if the fax made sense, but he never declared that it was a false flag. Don’t believe me? Try to find a video of him saying it. You know and I know that would be centerpiece everywhere.

There are criminal infractions and civil infractions. What you are saying is that slander should not be punished. Sexual harassment should not be punished. Breaking a contract should not be punished. People can basically do or say whatever they want and as long as it isn't criminal there are no protections from it.

People who think the courts should make things right in civil matters where monetary damages are not involved are abusing the courts and legal system. They are abusing their fellow citizens with it too.

So then you do believe that violating a contract should have no penalty. Libel should have no penalty. Harassment should have no penalty. People should be free to do and say whatever they want and as long as it isn't criminal then there are no repercussions.

Time does not change Law, only an act of the original right to amend (as per Marshall no less) the Law changes the Law when we are talking that sort of Law.
The Law has not been changed to permit excessive judgments (iow, not related to monetary damages).
There are no scribbling in the margins no matter how the modern Court has lawlessly done.
