I don’t know if I would feel right getting rich off of a terrible incident even in a roundabout way that took the life of my child...and whatever happened to free speech? I’d say 4 million bucks is a far cry from free.

It never existed. We live in a mostly free, but not completely free society. There are plenty of things you can't say and do.

Although it's common to gripe about, most people have decided the benefits of living in modern society outweigh the unlimited freedom to rape, murder, and lie about the murder of dozens of children for ad revenue.
