You have a need to believe 2 phone calls defy military reality; I don't. Air superiority is a 'thing' and the Ukraine never stood a chance. The Ukraine lost a long time ago but you follow the 'wag-the-dog' press and two phone calls. TWO WHOLE PHONE CALLS!?
It matters that Russia has air superiority. Did you hear the Ukranian 'leader' saying all they needed was fighter jets and they could easily train pilots to use them in 6 to 8 weeks? Really? To go up against the veternan pilots in what is generally thought to be the world's greatest air force? That's just military analysis - look it up and you see tallies of equipment by nation, and Russia is at the top of the heap and the Ukranians never even made the list. Ground action is nothing if 5th generation aircraft can send missiles your way before coming into visual range.
All the propaganda made it sound like a horse race that the Ukrainians were heroically winning - when it was all lies and propaganda. Don't you remember them getting caught passing off gaming software scenes as 'heroic' exploits of the Ukranian's non-existent heroic pilots?
The Russian Airforce could not even hit the railyards in Lviv and instead hit civilian housing nearby. They have largely ceased ground support role due to their high losses. Back in the day, they did manage to murder 269 people on Korean Airlines Flight 007. On board was my boss Congressma Larry McDonald who was a thorn in the Russian side because he was publicising Soviet dissidents through his Western Goals Foundation.

Despite all the posts and videos, the Russian army continues to advance. Speculation is that they will launch an assault from the western side of the Dnieper, and to prevent or stall that is the real reason for the Ukrainian counter-offensive.
One take away from this war is that fortified positions aren’t worth much if your enemy has air power, even if just to spot for the artillery. If you’re not mobile, you’re in the crosshairs. What I can’t understand is how Ukraine keeps soldiers in front line positions, considering the Russian tactics - and FAE weapons.

The house was hit by a spoofed SAM. The rest is BS. They fly hundreds of sorted every day. If you don’t see it it doesn’t mean it doesn’t take place.

Our country is dying right now. Billions to one of the most corrupt governments on the planet. One installed by our government. One that has enriched the current President and his crack head son.
We have our own problems. We have ZERO business being in a proxy war with Russia while China takes us to the cleaners and our elected reps give the country away.
If it weren’t for the US, this thing would have been and continue to be drawn out the way it’s been. Zelensky and his crew would already have asylum here in the US where they’d be living a good life off of all the money they e stolen. No more war.
Where is there a civil war going on right now? Ethiopia? 10s of thousands dead. Where’s the news about that? No where.
Russia is fighting this war with their “standing army” and has not fully mobilized. If they do then it will be over quickly. The Neo Reds chose the slow road.
The Russians with Attitude blog analyzed the trends of these these hoax calls and you can tell what the fake ones are when the “soldier” ends the conversation by commenting that Ukraine society is “so modern” and Ukrainians are “much wealthier” than us and, of course, marvelling at flush toilets. Ukrainians are shameless propaganda weasels.

Latest “estimate” is Russkies have had 70,000 “casualties.”
This would be close to 1/3 of all Russkie forces committed. Since the ratio is usually 4 support troops for one combat soldier, I think we can now say there is no Russian Army.

You always pretend to have the inside scoop. You knew Kiev would fall within days. You know the Russian Airforce flies 100s of sorties per day (maybe up to the FEBA but not across it), you know the airplanes that missed the railyard did not hit civilian areas. You are so full of it.
What inside scoop? I simply don’t rely on Daily Mail for information.
