You Never Can Tell (C'est La Vie) -- Chuck Berry (Pulp Fiction Dance scene)

Compare to this one from Fellini:

Since “song” implies words and vocals, there are just too many to choose from. So, a few to consider:

“Over the Rainbow,” (The Wizard of Oz)
“The Rose,” (The Rose. Terrible movie; great song)
“Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” (The Lion King)
“I Dreamed a Dream,” (Les Miserables)
“Camelot,” (Camelot)
“Somewhere,” (West Side Story)

Songs evoke emotion. And emotion is dependent upon so many things: Time; place; company; etc.

There are just too many.

And while I’m referencing the Hollywood Knights, I might as well throw in “Volare”.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood had some great songs in it, especially Deep Purple’s “Hush” and the Stones’ “Out of Time”.

All the Scott Joplin compositions in The Sting but particularly this one. The Entertainer

The outtro for the movie Hard Times If you haven't heard this, do yourself a favor and listen. It is just a hauntingly beautiful arrangement.
