Former President Donald Trump defended hosting the Saudi-backed LIV Golf Series at his Bedminster, NJ course on Thursday, brushing off criticism from families of 9/11 victims by saying “nobody’s gotten to the bottom” of the 2001 terrorist attacks.…
“Well, nobody’s gotten to the bottom of 9/11, unfortunately, and they should have as to the maniacs that did that horrible thing to our city, to our country, to our world,” Trump said. “So nobody’s really been there.”
The former president then attempted to put a positive spin on the event, saying, “there are a lot of really great people that are out here today, and we’re gonna have a lot of fun.”
“We’re going to celebrate and money’s going to charity,” Trump went on. “A lot of money [is] going to charity.”
In a letter to the former president this week, a victims’ families group pointed out that even Trump himself had once accused the kingdom of being behind the atrocity.
“Who blew up the World Trade Center?” Trump told Fox News in a 2016 interview. “It wasn’t the Iraqis — it was Saudi. Take a look at Saudi Arabia. Open the documents.”

Israeli agents assassinated Al Qaeda’s No. 2 official in a shooting in Tehran three months ago, eliminating a mastermind behind the deadly 1998 attacks on American embassies in Africa.
Intelligence officials confirmed to The New York Times that two Israeli agents were acting at the behest of the U.S. when they shot Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah from a motorcycle on Aug. 7, the anniversary of the embassy bombings. His daughter Miriam, the widow of Osama bin Laden’s son Hamza bin Laden, was also killed.

For years, many Republicans and conservatives have charged that President Barack Obama was shielding embarrassing intelligence and policy details about Iran in order to support the nuclear deal reached last year.
With Donald Trump’s upset victory, the party of Lincoln will have an opportunity to declassify and disclose this information. While no decisions have been made, two early picks to Trump’s cabinet suggest this is going to happen.
Let’s start with retired general Michael Flynn, the next president’s choice to be national security adviser. Flynn served for two years as Obama’s director of the Defense Intelligence Agency from 2012 to 2014. Just as relevant, however, is that in 2011 he ran a team at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence that reviewed the troves of material captured in the 2011 Osama bin Laden raid.
Under Obama, the intelligence community has declassified a small fraction of those documents and released them in drips and drabs. This prompted Flynn, after he retired in 2014, to charge that the disclosures were selective. Flynn has said in interviews and writings that some documents captured in the bin Laden raid showed a much tighter relationship between Iran and al-Qaeda than previously disclosed.

Flynn’s book Field of Fight came out in summer 2016, after a struggle with bureacrats to get it published. A few days later, came Crossfire Hurricane.
“As an aside, the PGA Tour just recently canceled pre-existing contracts to host tournaments at Trump, Inc. golf courses.
The PGA, like too many Org.s caved to Woke Mob outrage. Trump sued them for breach of contract and won a significant settlement.
It is highly likely President Trump is hosting the LIV as a FU to the PGA and their breach of contract cave-in to the Woke.”
BINGO. The real reason Trump is hosting the Saudi LIV at his NJ golf course.
Trump bringing up 911, like him blubbering about the last election, isn’t going to help him get reelected.
I’m not saying his assertions are false.
He had four years to get to the bottom of 9/11. And we heard crickets.
He could criticize Biden for his jihad against domestic oil/gas production, while going to the Saudis.
The Saudi gov’t at that time certainly was involved.
George Bush let the enemy go while banning Americans from flying. He later accepted $10 million to his “foundation”.
I bet even more was deposited in his account.
Look at our current politicians taking bribes from everyone like Russia, Ukraine, China, the mideast.
