YES! That and 1000s of other reasons.
A couple of those 1000 reasons is the covert invasion of Ukraine, a sovereign country, by the US and NATO over many years. Plus, their support of Nazi sympathizers embedded in Ukraine that killed over 13,000 eastern Ukrainians by shelling them from the US and NATO built bunkers and with US and NATO arms.
There are a LOT of layers to this, but one is to just follow the money.
On one side is fiat central bankstering currencies, the FED, the military industrial complex. Not money, but related, is burisma corruption and human trafficking.
On the other side is BRICS+. BRICS is growing, more than half the world. Moving toward Gold/Silver/PMs backed currencies.
I support the latter, over the former... and urge it to come here as well. The FED/IRS are evil and taking down Ukraine helps pull the rug out from under them.
The corruption you cite has been going on for a very long time.
It is a “kick back” of Millions of dollars to those who voted the aid. It is how a poor man can enter Congress, never be paid more than $175,000 or so, and retire with a net worth of $80,000,000!
The Swamp can’t be drained because they are all in the scheme, Damnocraps and Repulsives together.
It is disgusting to realize that this scheme is repeated in the most humble hamlet in the nation.

Countries will behave in a manner which they surmise is in their best interest. If Russia does not want NATO member and NATO weapons on it’s border, Russia will do what is necessary, IF THEY HAVE THE MILITARY to execute such action. And there is no one who can do anything about it.
Ukrainians are paying the price for Zelensky pushing NATO membership. He was under the delusion NATO and Biden would stop Russia. Zelensky should go back to homo-erotic dancing. I heard he was good at it.
