He can do so by just returning Pelosi to the United States, she'll make sure America collapses.
China’s hair is raised by all the billions we’ve been throwing at Ukraine. Otherwise there is nothing unusual about visiting Taiwan. We already sell them arms. We are a trading partner. We recognize their government.
One of these days someone will accept China’s War
How dare Xi threaten the “Lion of Kandahar” and Patron Saint of the Taliban.
Prediction: Nancy develops a serious case of Covid on 8/1. Must be quarantined for the entire month.
And Biden responded, “Jumping pony soldiers. Popcorn ate my dog.”
President Xi, we have yet to see anyone tell Nancy “No!” and end up surviving the in the following paradigm. Go for it.
We could offer “Keep Her Money” to the ChiComs!
We should begin sending all their fentynal back
Just remember Putin did not commece his invasion of Ukraine until after he had his final phone call from weak and compromising iden.
Xi said that to the only nation in the world that has nuked an enemy.
Not very self-aware is he?
Anyone wanting to commit ground troops to Asia should have his head examined.”—Gen. MacArthur
Kennedy appreciated MacArthur’s soothing judgment on Cuba (and would soon change the military’s top leadership—perhaps in keeping with MacArthur’s views), but then shifted the subject to Laos and Vietnam, where communist insurgencies were gaining strength.
The Congress, he added, was pressuring him to deploy U.S. troops in response. MacArthur disagreed vehemently: “Anyone wanting to commit ground troops to Asia should have his head examined,” he said.
That same day, Kennedy memorialized what MacArthur told him: “MacArthur believes it would be a mistake to fight in Laos,” he wrote in a memorandum of the meeting, adding, “He thinks our line should be Japan, Formosa, and the Philippines.”
MacArthur’s warning about fighting in Asia impressed Kennedy, who repeated it in the months ahead and especially whenever military leaders urged him to take action. “Well now,” the young president would say in his lilting New England twang, “you gentlemen, you go back and convince General MacArthur, then I’ll be convinced.”
So it is that MacArthur’s warning (which has come down to us as “never get involved in a land war in Asia”), entered American lore as a kind of Nicene Creed of military wisdom—unquestioned, repeated, fundamental.

Thanks for posting this reality. The reality the ChiComs know and let their quislings in America flood us with their B$!

What are we going to do, send in our finest WokeAF’ers?
I don’t agree. China could take Taiwan using missiles and air-to-ground attacks to take out air defenses, then send in plane- and ship-fulls of soldiers. It would probably be bloody but not on the level you say. Moreover, China has vastly more resources, including manpower, than Taiwan. Take a look at globalfirepower.com and use the compare functions. Its not even a close match
China would win both fast and big. Taiwan’s only hope is US intervention, or nukes. Were I Taiwan’s government, I would be furiously working on developing nuclear weapons as a deterrent, and nuclear missile carrying submarines for delivery. China’s “ego” may still drive them to attack Taiwan even in the face of nuclear weapons if the weapons are landbound. China may think of infiltrating Taiwan so that they can take out land based missile silos, but nuclear missile subs would be vastly more difficult to stop.
China is not only looking at this as a restoration of their geography, but as a way to take the chip foundries that supply most of the rest of the world. By taking these, they can cripple the entire world for years since production would need to be built and ramped up elsewhere. This is not a 1-2 year sort of project. Chip foundries are hugely expensive and time consuming to create. My guess is that China is waiting for all their stratagems to be in place before they make this move, but once they are are, they intend to rule the world.
Says the guy with a lit match in his hand.
I always wondered where the name XiaPet came from.
“...Taiwan Strait belong to one and the same...”
I agree, mainland China belongs to Taiwan. The Taiwanese are the real Chinese.
This could get ugly, but whatsha gonna do?
At some point we have to allow China to step up to us and
face the music.
