They probably won’t vote, though, but the dems will get their names and vote for them “for their convenience”. They did that to me in 2016 by putting in for an absentee ballot for me without my knowledge and tried again in 2020. My ‘16 in-person vote was never recorded. Thousands of legit votes for them to steal.
This needs to be appealed to the SC. Felons on parole, probation, under “supervision”, etc. have by definition not yet completed their sentences. Such persons remain under the control of the State, and lack the independence necessary for voting.
Sigh. Pretty soon some states will let illegal aliens vote. Oh, wait ...

That is the way it was planned to happen. You don’t thin it would be set up to take effect after the mid terms, do you. At least the people will be getting what they wanted. The people wanted Biden. Biden they got. Hope they enjoy him. I damn sure don’t.
I think that having your right to vote while still in prison, is a bit far. You lose all kinds of rights when you’re incarcerated. I have no problem with voting being one of them.
That said, after you have been released you should have all your rights restored.
